Real Self-Care LLC education courses will provide access to the latest research and evidence-based information on a variety of topics related to women's mental health and wellbeing as well as general tips and strategies for mental wellbeing. While Real Self-Care LLC may cover clinical topics such as the signs and symptoms of psychiatric conditions and the safety profile of psychiatric medications during pregnancy or breastfeeding, you agree that Real Self-Care LLC is not endorsing or recommending any specific diagnosis, medication or treatment plan for individuals who partake in these courses. You agree that by reviewing or engaging in Real Self-Care LLC’s educational courses, including but not limited to those provided through virtual teleconferencing software such as Zoom and including platforms such as Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, online messages board and chats, that any and all content is for educational purposes only and is not to be considered medical advice in any fashion. You agree that you shall consult with your primary physician if you have any questions regarding your personal medical treatment or medications.
Real Self-Care LLC education courses will include a didactic portion, and may include question and answer sessions which may be held through teleconferencing software, Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, other social media platforms, online chat boards or other means of communication, during which time Real Self-Care LLC will provide general answers which are applicable to a wide variety of circumstances and are not intended to be specific to your needs, treatments or medical goals. By engaging in or observing these education courses and/or other means of content distribution, you agree that any answers to questions or suggestions which are provided by Real Self-Care LLC are not medical advice. You agree that by reviewing Real Self-Care LLC’s content or engaging in Real Self-Care LLC educational courses provided through this site and/or other means of communication including but not limited to teleconferencing software, Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, or online chat boards, any and all content is for educational purposes only and is not to be considered medical advice in any fashion. By observing or engaging in Real Self-Care LLC’s education courses, including peer support components, you agree that Real Self-Care LLC is not providing medical advice. Real Self-Care LLC or agents of Real Self-Care LLC are not endorsing or recommending any specific medication or treatment plan for individuals who partake in these sessions. You agree that by reviewing Real Self-Care LLC’s content or engaging in Real Self-Care LLC’s content provided through this site, any and all content is for educational purposes only and is not to be considered medical advice in any fashion. You understand that Real Self-Care LLC cannot guarantee that the comments of others are accurate. You understand that material submitted to Real Self-Care LLC online is not fact-checked for content accuracy, and that all the material submitted online to Real Self-Care LLC cannot be fact-checked for content accuracy. You agree and accept that Real Self-Care LLC does not take responsibility for any false or misleading information published online including but not limited to Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community and other social media platforms. You agree that content is not censored for material that some may find offensive. Real Self-Care LLC may, but has no obligation to, monitor, review, or edit content posted by third parties. In all cases, Real Self-Care LLC reserves the right to remove or disable access to any user or customer for any reason. Real Self-Care LLC may take these actions without prior notification to you or any third party. Removal or disabling of access to chats, Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community and other means of communication shall be at Real Self-Care LLC’s sole discretion and Real Self-Care LLC does not promise to remove or disable access to any specific users or customers. You understand that Real Self-Care LLC is unable to check material submitted for copyright availability. You agree not to hold Real Self-Care LLC responsible for inaccuracies in content provided online by others, nor is Real Self-Care LLC responsible for the negative results of any actions of any third party.
You agree that you are participating in a Real Self-Care LLC educational course and utilizing the Real Self-Care LLC website and its content solely for your personal knowledge, education and awareness. All Real Self-Care LLC course materials and content are copyrighted and the explicit intellectual property of Real Self-Care LLC. The unlicensed commercial use of Real Self-Care LLC material and content is strictly prohibited. If you are unsure about whether your use would be a violation, please ask Real Self-Care LLC for permission or licensing.
All payments are final. Under no circumstances will there be any refunds on Real Self-Care LLC courses.
By participating in a Real Self-Care LLC course, Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, or engaging with the Real Self-Care LLC website, you agree to that you will seek care from your own healthcare provider when needed. You agree to never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on or hear from a Real Self-Care LLC course, on the Real Self-Care LLC website, or Real Self-Care LLC Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, or other Real Self-Care LLC platforms. You agree to call 911 or go to the nearest hospital if you are having a medical emergency, including if you are experiencing thoughts to hurt yourself or someone else.
Participants in Real Self-Care LLC educational courses who do not adhere to terms of this agreement may be asked to leave the educational course immediately. Removal from a Real Self-Care LLC educational course is solely at the discretion of Real Self-Care LLC and agents of Real Self-Care LLC. In addition to removal, Real Self-Care LLC reserves the right to enforce its copyright and other intellectual property protections and pursue participants who engage in plagiarism.
Indemnity
If you violate any of these Terms to which you have affirmed and agreed, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Self-Care LLC, including officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claim, demand, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or the rights of any third party, or any activity related to your Internet account (including negligent and wrongful conduct).
Release
If you have a dispute with any other user or participant in a Real Self-Care LLC educational course, you release Real Self-Care LLC from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual, consequential, incidental and special) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Disclaimer of Liability
Review and use of Real Self-Care LLC content, including but not limited to, participation in a Real Self-Care LLC educational course is at your own risk. When participating a Real Self-Care LLC course or using the Real Self-Care LLC website or a Real Self-Care LLC Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, information will be transmitted over a medium that may be beyond the control and jurisdiction of Real Self-Care LLC. Accordingly, Real Self-Care LLC assumes no liability for or relating to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the it’s programs.
Real Self-Care LLC cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit, or your or third parties’ use or misuse of information transmitted or received using Real Self-Care LLC websites, content, tools and services. In no event shall Real Self-Care LLC or any third parties mentioned by Real Self-Care LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury or wrongful death, libel, slander, defamation, privacy violations, lost profits, unfair competition, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of, interference with or inability to use Real Self-Care LLC’s websites, content, tools or services or from the content itself, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Real Self-Care LLC or any third parties mentioned on Real Self-Care LLC are advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree that Real Self-Care LLC is not and will not be liable for any injury or damages, as listed herein, including but not limited to personal injury or death, caused by the use or misuse of Real Self-Care LLC’s educational course content, websites or services, by yourself or any other person and you agree to file no claims or causes of action for damages or injunctive relief against Real Self-Care LLC.
REAL SELF-CARE LLC MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTICE OF ANY CLAIMS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE ANY CONTENT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE OF THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH ACTION OCCURRED AND ANY ACTIONS OR CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF THE WRITTEN NOTICE. REMEDIES UNDER THESE TERMS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE LIMITED TO THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THESE TERMS. Law and Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that exclusive personal jurisdiction for any dispute with Real Self-Care LLC or in any way relating to or arising out of your use of Real Self-Care LLC’s programs, content, website, tools or services, resides exclusively in the courts of the state of Texas and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the state of Texas in connection with any such dispute, including any claim involving Real Self-Care LLC or any employees, contractors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
These Terms, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement are governed by the internal substantive laws of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. YOU AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND REAL SELF-CARE LLC ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU AND REAL SELF-CARE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ANY LAWSUIT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ACTIONS ARE WAIVED AND NOT PERMITTED.
If any provision of these Terms, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Real Self-Care LLC educational courses do not directly address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Real Self-Care LLC education courses will be conducted using third party services including virtual teleconferencing software via Zoom, or email services. Real Self-Care LLC educational courses may give you an opportunity to interact with agents of Real Self-Care LLC and with others. These may include chats, Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, email exchange, question and answer sessions, message boards, or other such public forums. When observing or engaging in these features, be aware that all information you submit, including your name, location, health information and email address may be publicly available. We are unable to protect the privacy of and are not responsible for disclosure of information through these venues, including but not limited to information that is shared about a child. Disclosures made in chats, Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, online message boards or in other public places can be viewed publicly. When you share anyone’s information, this information can be collected and used by others. Real Self-Care LLC cannot control who reads such public posts and have no control about what others may do with your personal information. We encourage you to be cautious with respect to information you post on discussion board, chats, emails and other communication features that may be offered in Real Self-Care LLC educational courses. When an individual chooses to voluntarily post information, they are solely liable for the consequences. Real Self-Care LLC is not responsible for information that is voluntarily posted on a site that can be accessed by others.

Miscellaneous
These Terms, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Self-Care LLC with respect to the access of Real Self-Care LLC’s site and use of Real Self-Care LLC’s educational courses, the Real Self-Care LLC website, the Real Self-Care LLC Facebook groups , Substack newsletter and community, and other Real Self-Care LLC platforms. These terms can be modified or waived in whole or in part only by a written instrument signed by or on behalf of Real Self-Care LLC. If any portion of this Agreement shall be held invalid and unlawful for any reason, the same shall be deemed severed from the remainder hereof, and stricken therefrom, and it shall in no way effect or impair the validity of the remainder of this Agreement. Words of gender used in this Agreement may be construed to include any gender; words in the singular may include the plural, and vice versa. Any headings of the sections in this Agreement are inserted for convenience and reference only. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these terms or agreement shall operate as a waiver of such provision of this Agreement or as a waiver of subsequent or other breaches of the same or any other provision of this Agreement, nor shall any action or non-action by either party be construed as a waiver of any provisions of this agreement or of any breach thereof unless the same has been expressly declared or recognized as a waiver by such party in writing. Failure of Real Self-Care LLC to insist on strict compliance or prompt performance of any of the terms herein shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any right by Real Self-Care LLC to enforce all terms strictly in the event of continuous or subsequent default.
